31!!!

I don’t know about you guys, but I love 31!! Not familiar with 31? It is a direct sales company that sells all sorts of bags like purses, totes, wallets, organizers, and much more! I bought this thermal tote a few months ago and I love it!

Looking through a catalog and at the online site, there are so many different things I’d love to order if only I had the money!!!

I could totally see myself using a bag like that in the future when I have kids as a diaper bag!!

Why, Hello There!!

Wow, I haven’t blogged since January 4th!! At one point I thought about not blogging again, but then I changed my mind. I enjoy blogging so that’s why I’m writing a post now. And I know I’ve said it before, but I’m really going to stick with it this time. So, now it’s time for an update!
So, remember in my last post I posted about how we got this guy:

Well, we went to the Humane League and got him a friend!!!

Meet Mia…

At first they didn’t get along that well, but they are doing just fine now. The Humane League got her in as a stray just 3 days before we went to see her and they estimate her to be about 6 months old. We think she may be a little older than that though because she’s a lot bigger than Milo, who is 5 months old.
Here is one of the few pictures I’ve gotten with both of them. Mia loves that box!!

Oh wait, I can’t forget about Mia’s other favorite place…the bathtub!!!
Now we have to make sure we check the tub before taking a shower.
So, I guess that’s about all that's new. I’m still busy with work and classes. But this semester it is just a lot of busy work that doesn’t really take that long to do. I’m kind of bored this semester. Oh wait, one other thing. I’m going wedding dress shopping in May!!!! I know it’s about 2 months away, but I have to pick a date now so that everyone can get off work so they can come. There might be up to 8 people going!!! I don’t think that’s too many though. I’ve seen a lot more people go dress shopping with the bride on Say Yes to the Dress. Speaking off…I’m going to have to start watching more episodes of Say Yes to the Dress! That and get together some pictures from magazines!!!!

Hello 2012!!!

Wow, it seems like it has been forever since I've posted last!! I have been busy, busy, busy recently!!! Remember how I posted a while ago that my fiance and I were looking to buy a house? Well, we did!! Closing day was 2 days after Christmas!!! So instead of counting down to the 25th, we were counting down to the 27th!! That was our Christmas day! So now we are pretty much settled into our new house. We still have to finish unpacking some boxes in the spare room though. We'll get to it eventually.

Only 2 days after moving into our new house, we went and got this little guy:

His name is Milo and he's my baby!! Today my fiance and I are taking him to the vet to make sure he's got a good bill of health!!

Well, I guess that's about all I have for now. I'm really going to try to start blogging more, but I can't make any promises. Classes start back up on the 23rd, so I probably won't get as much time to post after then. Check out my facebook page for my Scentsy business!! What’s new with me? Read this to find out!!

Hello blogging world!!! I know I said I would try to post at least once a week, but that hasn’t been happening. When I said this semester is a busy semester, that was an understatement!!! I’ve never been this busy with school work!!! There is also more group work than I’ve ever had in one semester. Luckily I am getting along with everyone in all of my groups. No one likes to work in groups when they can’t get along with everyone!!

I just started my new job this past Sunday. As I said before, I’m going to be a cashier but first I have to start out by bagging. So all I did on Sunday was bag for different cashiers throughout the day. I think I’m getting the hang of it and can’t wait till I can actually start being a cashier!!! The one thing I have to get used to is standing in one spot all day!! My legs and feet hurt so bad on Sunday because I’m used to moving constantly. I would have never thought that moving constantly could make my legs and feet hurt less than standing in one spot. Now that I’m gonna be standing in one spot at work, I’m getting on my Wii Fit everyday or at least every other day. I gotta stay in shape!

Yesterday my fiancé started his new hours at his work. So now he will be getting off around 3:30!!! I had customer service training from 4-7 yesterday so I wasn’t home when he was home and I wasn’t home for dinner. So tonight will be the first weeknight that we can both eat dinner together at a reasonable time!!! Sometimes he would get off at 7 and I would plan for dinner to be done around then so I could eat with him. It’s gonna be so nice getting to eat around 5 or 6 and getting to eat together!!

Let’s see, what’s new with my Scentsy business you may ask? I have one person who is doing a catalog party and I’m waiting for her to be done collecting orders. I have a party coming up in about 2 weeks so I’m excited for that!! It will be my first party that I’m hosting at someone elses house! The catalog party was supposed to be a home party but then she didn’t have anyone coming so we just made it a catalog party. I’m party of 2 groups on facebook where people can post things they are selling or looking to buy so I posted that I’m looking for people to host a Scentsy party. Well, I got one person that messaged me saying she’s interested in hosting a party so I now have my first party for November!!!

Well, I guess that’s about all I’ve got. I think I updated you with everything that has been going on with me recently. Oh wait, one more thing…I think I mentioned before that my fiance and I are looking into buying a house by next Spring. Well, he is finally going to get to call a lender when he gets off work today so we are hopefully going to get pre-approved for a mortgage soon! Then we will know what our price range is and we can start looking at more houses!! We looked at 3 already, but they were all out of our price range. We were mainly looking at them so we could meet with different real estate agents and find the one that we want to work with.
