Goodbye Mr. Stomach Bug!!

I’m finally starting to feel a lot better than I did this morning. I woke up around 2:30 not feeling so good (I’ll leave it at that and spare you the details.) I thought I would lay back down and feel better, but I thought wrong. I got up about 3 or 4 more times. So I had to miss going to school today and I felt really bad about it. Over the past 4 years, I’ve had a field experience every semester where I went out into a classroom and I had never missed a single day, until now. I really wanted to go today but I knew the right thing to do was to stay home and get better.

I’m glad that I am better now because I have a PRAXIS test to take tomorrow morning. That is something I can definitely not miss because then I would have to pay to take it again. The one thing that stinks about the test is that it takes 2 hours and when you are done, you can’t leave right away. You have to wait until the entire 2 hour period is over. And you aren’t even allowed to take a book to read! How crazy is that? I guess they just want us to sit there and twiddle our thumbs. I’m just hoping that it takes me all 2 hours to complete the test so I don’t have to sit there and do nothing.

Then after that I’m going to my fiancĂ©'s cousin’s house for his second-cousin’s birthday party. She just turned 3 today! And it is easy to remember how old she is and what year she was born because she was born a few weeks after me and my fiancĂ© started dating.

Well, I guess that’s about all for now. I’ll leave you with a few pins that I pinned recently. Enjoy!

I recently started a board to post some poses I like for engagement pictures. Here is one I love! I definitely want to get a few that feature my gorgeous ring!

I definitely want to get some kind of picture like this where we hold our hands together in the shape of a heart!
