Would you rather hire a female babysitter, male babysitter, or either?
So this is something that my local radio station, FM97, was talking about on-air about a month ago. I think personally, it wouldn’t matter to me if the babysitter was a male or female, as long as they can be trusted with kids. Babysitting is a job that most people think is only for women, but I think men could do it, too. So I would say for this one, that I wouldn’t really care if I hired a male or female babysitter.

I agree with you on the fact that if they can be trusted, it shouldn't matter whether they're male or female.
ReplyDeleteGrowing up I had a male babysitter. Mind you he was my cousin, moreso acted like an older brother.. but still. My partner has babysitted kids several times and the kids just adore him. Hang off of him as though he's a jungle gym. But then again, he's a teacher and worked at a daycare for several years...
It all depends on the people!
